Canadian Health Care Could Be Our Guide

You may have heard of single-payer. But if you haven’t, or if you haven’t heard enough, this is the place to be.

Single payer actually is shorthand for a publicly-financed universal health care system. “Universal” means it is accessible to every citizen and “publicly-financed” means it is tax-supported and publicly budgeted.
